From your first enquiry to the final handover, you’ll work directly with Cleon - our licensed builder and business owner. He’ll guide you through every stage, coordinate your renovation and make sure the details are taken care of.
Your vision, clearly quoted
Your renovation starts with a free onsite consultation with Cleon to discuss your ideas, needs and layout. He’ll offer practical design suggestions and prepare a detailed same-day quote, including a clear scope of works, a floor plan sketch and a 3D render to help you picture your new space.
Everything planned before we begin
When you’re ready, Cleon will prepare your Master Builders contract and arrange the QBCC home warranty insurance included in your quote. Once the contract is signed and your 5% deposit is paid, your start date is secured.
We can help you choose finishes, fixtures and fittings that work beautifully together in your space, and provide a product shopping list—whether you’re purchasing the items or we’re supplying them.
You’ll also receive a detailed 30-day renovation schedule, with trades booked for each stage so you know who’s coming and what’s happening along the way.
Your renovation, personally managed
Before work begins, Cleon will discuss site safety, access and dust control with you, and check that all your bathroom products are onsite and ready. On day one, he’ll meet you, arrange floor protection and confirm the details before the transformation begins.
With trades booked into your renovation schedule, Cleon and the team will keep you updated throughout, taking care of the details from demolition to the final coat of paint and professional clean.
